Veterinary Accounts and Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team at Rutlandvets. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and data entry.

About the Position
  • You will work closely with our accounts manager to process financial transactions, manage cash flow, and prepare reports.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including accounts payable and receivable, and managing debtors and creditors lists.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
