Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical work and leadership responsibilities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and their owners.



About You


You will be a seasoned Veterinary Surgeon with excellent clinical knowledge and a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care. Your strong communication and leadership skills will enable you to guide and motivate your team members to deliver outstanding results.



Key Responsibilities


As a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader, your primary focus will be on leading a team of veterinary surgeons to ensure the delivery of high-quality pet care. You will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing the team, as well as leading projects that enhance our services.
