We are currently working with a leading Housing Association based in the South West, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a three-month temporary contract.

They are looking for someone who can start immediately, and can offer hybrid working (3 days working from home) and an hourly rate of \u00a326.16.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering high-quality HR advice and guidance and be used to managing high-volume ER casework (30-40 cases at any one time).

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for a range of stakeholders, understanding their needs and handling a high case-load in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes.

  • Supporting the wider HR teams with managing ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.

  • Providing up-to-date advice on employment law and its practical application.

Requirements:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using Oracle (desirable).

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good multi-tasking and organisational skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
