Our Service: The North East Recovery Hub offers a comprehensive range of drug and alcohol treatment and support services, delivered by a multi-disciplinary team comprising Voluntary Sector, NHS, and social work staff.

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, working closely with our staff and partners to achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of our services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery, working with our team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our staff, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
