We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team at a multi-man site in Melton Mowbray. This role is perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in the security sector who are able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the premises and ensure the safety and security of the site during the night.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
- Maintain key control and follow site security procedures.
- Work alongside another security officer and report to the Site Manager.
- Act quickly and efficiently to address any issues that arise.
- Perform general security duties and uphold a professional presence on-site.
- SIA Licence and driving licence with access to your own vehicle are required.
- Minimum 2 years of security experience.
- Computer literate and able to manage basic reporting tasks.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently, using your own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
