Principal Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Designer to join our team at We Recruit Group Ltd. As a Building Regulations Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing expert advice to clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established property & construction consultancy, operating across the UK. Our client has ambitious plans for developing their Building Regulations Principal Designer service, and we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the way.
As a Compliance Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site visits and carrying out building inspections
- Preparing reports and providing expert advice on building regulations
- Liaising with clients, designers, and contractors
- Ensuring projects meet current building regulations and legislation
We offer a highly competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000, plus benefits including annual bonus, unlimited holiday allowance, company pension plan, and private healthcare scheme.
