Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at React Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and book UK and overseas logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Package goods for safe transportation, using cartons or pallets as required.
  • Prepare and manage domestic and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm and update logistics arrangements.
  • Load and unload shipments, receiving and processing deliveries.
  • Verify the accuracy and compliance of deliveries, ensuring all goods are accounted for.
  • Resolve supplier issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift, with a valid license preferred.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in operations, with a strong understanding of export documentation.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and IT skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Counterbalance and reach truck license, preferably held.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong team player attitude.
