We specialize in creating exceptional, tailor-made events for both corporate and private clients. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us. While marquee events are a significant part of our portfolio, we also operate in diverse venues, from iconic locations like The Shard to the likes of the opular O2 Academies & Camden’s Roundhouse.

This role presents an exciting chance to become an integral part of a tight-knit team that crafts unforgettable experiences. Our operations are primarily focused in Kent, Surrey, London, and Essex, but our national reputation extends our reach.

**The Position**

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to collaborate closely with our dynamic sales team in delivering custom events to our discerning private and corporate clients. Your role will involve coordinating event logistics and managing day-to-day communication with clients following the sales process. By liaising closely with our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the client's vision becomes a reality.

While the standard work hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, some evening and weekend work will be necessary to accommodate events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with the sales team to propose and present event ideas
- Day to day communication with our clients to keep them informed as to progress with their event
- Managing general equipment hire and sales
- Participating in site visits
- Designing events using provided software (training provided)
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors including
- Placing orders for required inventory
- Handling client invoicing and payments
- Assisting in managing and executing select events
- Contributing to the implementation of event design concepts
- On-site presence during event setup to ensure smooth execution

**Experience / Key Points**
- Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated with a positive focused attitude
- Sales Experience preferred but not essential
- A basic knowledge of some event production services
- Admin or Office Experience
- Confident and competent with Microsoft Packages
- Basic experience with Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop helpful but not essential
- UK Driving Licence
- Team Player

**What you can expect from the position**
- Ranging salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
- 45 hours a week including paid lunch break. Lots of overtime available.
