Job Title: Transport Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Co-Ordinator to join our team at Holt Engineering. As a key member of our Transport & Dispatch team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport movements and ensuring vehicle compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily transport movements and company pool cars
  • Ensure vehicle compliance at all times and maintain vehicle databases
  • Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of products are met and manage questions, queries, or complaints calmly, decisively, and professionally
Requirements:
  • A minimum of GSCE math and English (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of working within Transport / distribution environment
  • Exceptional administration and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills and be fully computer literate
  • Excellent customer management skills and a great telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient MS office tools and Excel capability
