We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for transport and delivery queries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Oversee company vehicle and license checks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections, managing schedules and ensuring seamless product delivery.
  • Ensure all company vehicles meet legal standards and maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and optimizing fleet performance.
  • Manage and update departmental databases and vehicle tracking systems, providing real-time visibility and insights.
  • Assist with driver issues and provide solutions to minimize delivery delays, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including drivers, clients, and internal teams, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Handle transport and office administration tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

  • Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and comply with regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow procedures, report issues, and assist with corrective actions to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute to improvement initiatives, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Maintain clear, non-discriminatory communication with team members and supervisors, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Keep work areas clean and secure sensitive documents, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
