We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for transportation and delivery queries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee company vehicle and license checks, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections, ensuring timely schedules and efficient logistics.
  • Ensure all company vehicles comply with legal standards and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage and update departmental databases and vehicle tracking systems.
  • Assist with driver issues and provide solutions to minimize delivery delays.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Handle transportation and office administration tasks.

General Duties:

  • Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and comply with regulations.
  • Follow procedures, report issues, and assist with corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain clear, non-discriminatory communication with team and supervisors.
