Job Summary:

Priory Group is seeking a skilled and organized Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to our residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input, and meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team.
  • Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers, and reconcile petty cash.
  • Deal with incoming queries to the service and provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos, and email communications.
  • Undertake diary management and preparation for meetings.

A good knowledge of Microsoft applications and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
