We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to take on the role of Responsible Individual in our children's residential care home in Runcorn. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a children's residential care home and will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the care home Manager to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Ensure that the care home operates in accordance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of the children in our care.
  • Work closely with the care home team to ensure that the needs of the children are met.

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience of managing a children's residential care home.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of care.
