Mobile Security Officer

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join their dedicated shift/rota-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors
  • Protect the property and assets of the college
  • Manning the college's main entrance and monitoring CCTV
  • Carrying out regular security patrols and investigating incidents
  • Assisting with access control and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Experience as a SIA registered Door Supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
