About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People and Organisation Development team as a Learning and Talent Development Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration, sourcing, coordination, and delivery of learning and development modules
  • Support the team in building the skills and knowledge of the ECC workforce
  • Contribute to the delivery of strategic talent management and development programmes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices
What You'll Need
  • Be educated to a minimum of A Level / T Level, or completed a Level 3 apprenticeship, or hold Level 3 NVQ/SVQ Qualification, or BTEC qualification
  • Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Have the right to work and study in England
  • Have been ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA for three years before the apprenticeship start date
