Senior Business Systems Analyst

A highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst is required to work across the Business with development and application teams to enhance our application portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Business processes and be able to translate Business needs into clear and concise requirement documents.

Key responsibilities include understanding Business requirements, using elicitation tools and techniques for effective information gathering from stakeholders, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various departments.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in researching and recommending potential solutions, including custom software, third-party products, and SaaS services.

They will also be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion and overseeing the work of the team to ensure project objectives are met.

Additionally, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will provide guidance and mentoring to analysts while taking ownership of their own Business analysis projects.
