About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with development and application teams to enhance our application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, overseeing the work of the team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to analysts while taking ownership of your own Business analysis projects.
  • Understand Business requirements, using elicitation tools and techniques for effective information gathering from stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex and dynamic project environments, ensuring that Business analysis deliverables remain relevant and aligned with Business goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze information, identify potential improvements, assess risks, and recommend mitigating actions.
  • Capable of presenting complex Business analysis findings to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in researching potential solutions that address Business requirements and recommending them to stakeholders.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of Business processes and translates Business needs into clear and concise requirement documents.
