About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with development and application teams to enhance our application portfolio and drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to translate business needs into clear and concise requirement documents. You will be responsible for researching and recommending potential solutions, including custom software, third-party products, and SaaS services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project objectives are met and business analysis deliverables remain relevant and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to analysts while taking ownership of your own business analysis projects.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and method to reflect the knowledge of the audience.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify potential improvements, assess risks, and recommend mitigating actions.
