Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary HR Assistant to join our team at SF Recruitment in Alfreton. As a valued client, we require 8 weeks of support with administrative tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and build your professional network before Christmas and into the new year.

Salary: £50 per hour, working a 40-hour week, based in the office with one day of remote work from home.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support with daily administrative tasks, including employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
  2. Ensure training schedules and records are up-to-date and organized.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Provide general administrative support to head office as needed.
  5. Respond to HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an HR role.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR/Payroll systems.
