We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist Support role to join our valued client in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department and will commence before Christmas, lasting approximately 8 weeks.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £50 per hour for 40 hours per week, working in an office-based environment with some flexibility for working from home.

Job Summary:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including employee onboarding and contract management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Offer general administrative support to the head office as required.
  • Respond to HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR/Payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.
