We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Solihull. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and experience in a similar retail environment. You will also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, which means we require flexibility from our team members to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will contribute towards the success of your store by:

  1. Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  2. Leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high retail standards
