Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial reports to inform business decisions.
  2. Accounting Systems: Manage and maintain accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement changes.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the finance team to achieve common goals.
  7. Professional Development: Maintain and develop professional skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  8. Quality Control: Monitor and control financial transactions to ensure accuracy and quality.
  9. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required by senior team members.
Requirements:
  1. Accounting Knowledge: Strong accounting knowledge and skills to perform complex financial tasks.
  2. Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret financial data.
  3. IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently manage financial tasks.
  4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain accuracy and quality.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the finance team to achieve common goals.
  6. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information.
  7. AAT Qualification: AAT Level 3 qualification (or currently studying AAT) is essential for consideration.
