Job Title: Trade Specialist

At Lynx Employment Services Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of tools, plant, and equipment on site.

About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and has experience in facilities maintenance. You will be working with a variety of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and making any necessary repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Care and maintenance of tools, plant, and equipment.
  • Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
  • Compliance with instructions and directives from line management.

Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
