About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Recovery Coach to join our residential service in Oxfordshire. As a Recovery Coach, you will work closely with our clients to create personalized care plans, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their recovery goals.
You will conduct regular assessments, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your expertise in psychosocial treatment and support will be invaluable in helping our clients overcome challenges and achieve lasting change.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a starting salary of £26,750, with potential for yearly salary increments subject to appraisal. You will receive comprehensive training and support, as well as opportunities for career development and growth.
Our BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to a maximum of 30 days per year.
