Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Practitioner for Substance Misuse to join our team in Newham. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, providing support and guidance to help them overcome their challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and guidance to service users with substance misuse problems.
- Develop and implement effective recovery plans for service users.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Salary and Benefits:
- The salary for this role is £31,529.57 per annum (pro rata if part time), with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each year's service (capped at 30 days).
