About the Role

Candour Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our IT Services team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various technical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Initiation: Develop and produce high-quality project initiation documentation, including project plans and reports.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal technical resources and external vendors/subcontractors to ensure project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Process Enforcer: Enforce processes, methodology, and standards to ensure project delivery.
  • Customer Liaison: Regularly lead customer meetings and present updates on project progress.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably with a good knowledge of PRINCE2 Project Management procedures and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as excellent skills with core Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, confidence to make decisions, and strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
