Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Maidenhead, working with children and young people in a variety of settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering occupational therapy services to meet the needs of our clients.

Main Duties
  • Take responsibility for a dedicated caseload and clinical role, working with children and young people in community and educational settings.
  • Carry out clinical assessments and develop individualised management plans, with support from senior therapists as needed.
  • Contribute to and deliver training to schools, early years settings, parents, and staff, as part of therapy support and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with education, local authority, medical, and nursing staff to ensure delivery of a coordinated integrated service.
  • Opportunity to develop leadership and management skills, overseeing junior staff and students.

Requirements
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
  • Experience of working as an Occupational Therapist with children and young people.
  • Full UK license with access to vehicle.
