Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCo.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Observe and record student progress, contributing to progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Support students in developing essential social and life skills.

Requirements:

  • Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adults.
  • Passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
