About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious colleague as Director of Spanish Curriculum to join our team at Swindon Academy. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Spanish curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a world-class education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Spanish curriculum that aligns with our school's vision and values.
- Lead a team of Spanish teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum across all subjects.

Requirements
