We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious colleague to join our team as Faculty Director-Spanish. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Spanish curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a world-class education.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching and leading in a secondary school setting, with a strong passion for Spanish language and culture. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Spanish curriculum that meets the needs of our students
- Leading a team of teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school initiatives that promote student achievement and well-being
- Contributing to the development of our school's vision and values, ensuring that our students receive a holistic education that prepares them for success in all aspects of life
