We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious colleague to join our team as Faculty Director-Spanish. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a top-performing school with a genuine commitment to Spanish and outstanding outcomes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Spanish department and developing a curriculum that meets the needs of our students. They will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that the department is aligned with the school's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Spanish department and develop a curriculum that meets the needs of our students
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that the department is aligned with the school's vision and values
- Develop and implement a teaching and learning strategy that promotes student achievement and progress
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the curriculum is coherent and consistent

Requirements- Qualified teacher with a strong background in Spanish
