Working Hours

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work on 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain food safety, legality, quality, and authenticity procedures.
  • Develop and promote a positive food safety culture, emphasizing good manufacturing practices and a clean, safe work environment.
  • Verify that products meet quality specifications and compliance standards.
  • Collect and analyze samples, as well as administer and analyze trend results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a QA / QC role.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
