Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled International Workplace Strategist to join our team at Bruin. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for driving the workplace strategy for all of our international offices.

Working out of our London Headquarters, you will collaborate with global teams to ensure that all workplaces meet the needs of our wider teams. This role has a mix of strategic and operational duties, and you will be tasked with:

  • Ensuring a cost-effective but high-quality service to all employees
  • Managing all commercial terms and leases on all new and existing properties
  • Collaborating with international leadership managers on projects, new office processes, office extensions, moves, and closures while ensuring business continuity
  • Managing third-party vendors and supplier relationships
  • Strategically staying ahead of the curve with future workplace planning
  • Ensuring workplace minimum standards are met with regards to Health & Safety, Risk Mitigation, Operational Resilience, Vendor Management, Regulatory requirements, and Sustainability

We expect huge demand for this role, and we will make our best efforts to respond to each and every applicant. However, our CV selection process will be thorough and aligned to our clients' needs. Ideally, you will have:

  • Worked in Financial/Professional services in a true in-house role
  • Worked in an international setup
  • Assisted in the growth of a business across multiple locations

To be considered for this role, you must have worked in a sophisticated, global multi-location business with a commercial outlook on problem-solving. You will have worked on large-scale, highly visible projects, and you will be a fantastic communicator having worked with colleagues internationally.
