Job Title: Digital Release Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Release Manager to join our team at Collabera Digital. As a key member of our digital engineering company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the deployment of projects related to corporate change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement release deployment plans, ensuring alignment with change policies and process standards.
  2. Facilitate meetings to communicate deployment plans, provide status updates, and review releases, including critical release weekends and key project deliveries.
  3. Collaborate with different business units and senior leadership to support projects involving corporate change.
  4. Manage and coordinate release deployment plans, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology or engineering field.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio), ITSM Remedy, JIRA, Cutover, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
  3. Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and set appropriate priorities.
  4. Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas, concerns, and reports to various levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the banking/financial sector, particularly in Payments, Liquidity, Trade Finance, or Credit products.
  2. PMI PMP, Prince2, or ITIL certification.
  3. Experience with both Waterfall and Lean Agile methodologies.
