Release Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Release Manager to oversee and coordinate the deployment of projects related to corporate change initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects under pressure, setting priorities, and ensuring the smooth release of new features and updates.

• Develop and manage release deployment plans, ensuring alignment with change policies and process standards.
• Facilitate meetings to communicate deployment plans, provide status updates, and review releases, including critical release weekends and key project deliveries.
• Provide guidance on the latest change policies and process standards.
• Collaborate with different business units and senior leadership on projects involving corporate change.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology or engineering field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio), ITSM Remedy, JIRA, Cutover, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and set appropriate priorities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas, concerns, and reports to various levels of management.
• High-level technical knowledge to assess requirements and develop deployment plans.
