Child Healthcare Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Child Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Child Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding results.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families. As a Child Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized care plans, managing the multidisciplinary team, and providing ongoing support and assessment to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to an individual client's needs
- Effectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload
- Deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine delivery
- Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client's family

What We Offer:
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum DOE
- 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday
