Clinical Lead Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare as a Clinical Lead Practitioner in Primary Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take their career to the next level, working at the forefront of the NHS.
Job Responsibilities- Promote exceptional patient care by leading and participating in clinical audit cycles.
- Practice autonomously without direct supervision, utilising advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients.
- Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Be a Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), a Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber.
- A minimum of 2 modules at level 7, one including assessment of clinical examination skills.
