Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the sales team in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Oversee the intake of new inquiries and coordinate activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
  • System Management: Manage and enhance ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
  • SLA Management: Set up and track internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Order Validation: Review and validate incoming orders against original tender documents.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Gather and report on feedback for bids and proposals.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain and distribute financial reports.
  • Quote Management: Manage and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare initial drafts of quotes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering background.
  • Excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
