About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at RSK Group. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects across various industry sectors, including oil and gas, renewable energy, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Commercial Management: Manage project costs, including cost-to-complete, variation control, and invoicing generation.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, ensuring project deliverables and timescales are met.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare project status reports and communicate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Site Attendance: Attend client sites for installation, servicing, testing, and commissioning of products as necessary.
Person Specification:
- Experience: Previous experience in project control, electrical engineering, and control automation, with a strong understanding of industrial processes, safety, and control systems.
- Initiative and Organization: Strong initiative, well-organized, methodical, and efficient, with the ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Travel and Communication: Ability to travel to client sites as necessary and excellent communication skills, both written and in person.
- Time Management and Delivery: Good time management skills and a strong delivery performance, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
