About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in managing large/multiple projects, with previous experience of utility schemes being essential. You will be responsible for providing cost value reconciliation for projects/contracts, ensuring all sub-contracts are approved, and ensuring project meets all legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide cost value reconciliation for projects/contracts.
- Ensure all sub-contracts are approved.
- Ensure project meets all legislation.
- Assist in costing schemes for quotation as required.
- Identify and inform Senior Management team of commercial opportunities as appropriate.
- Review and monitor programme schedule.
- Manage multiple and/or major projects safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget.
- Manage all financial aspects of projects.
- Ensure extra work is costed and invoiced.
- +3 years experienced in managing large/multiple projects.
- Computer literate.
- Sound knowledge of H&S and its practical implications.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Knowledge of HAUC.
