Key Responsibilities:- Project Resource Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including Health & Safety/COSHH requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead teams of Service Engineers and technicians in a matrix structure, operating within a strict time, budgetary, and quality framework.
- Cost Management: Manage and control project costs, margins, and metrics.
- Supplier Liaison: Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Project Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance.
You will work closely with the project team and functional heads to resolve any facilities, equipment, and resource conflicts.
Requirements:- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Risk Management: Experience and confidence in managing risk and opportunity.
- Technical Skills: High level of computer literacy, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to customer sites in the UK and abroad, with some unsocial working hours.
