We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Admin Technician to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Training and Business Improvement teams.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up training events and managing training schedules
- Inputting Group Training sheets and maintaining accurate records
- Processing Authorisations and Accreditations/Exemptions
- Producing reports and facilitating the learning centre
- Co-ordinating training programmes and preparing packs for the Business Improvement team
- Excellent team working skills and strong organizing and planning skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good Mathematical and English Skills
- Desirable: Experience of in-house HR/training electronic record systems
As a Training Admin Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
