About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning strategies that promote student progression and retention.
- Monitor student progress and implement timely interventions to ensure students meet their targets.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, guardians, external agencies, and colleagues within the curriculum and support teams.
- Drive high standards in teaching and learning, fostering an environment that supports student success.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to convey information effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong academic background, with qualifications to honours degree level or an equivalent industry-recognised standard. A post-16 teaching qualification, accompanied by English and maths qualifications at Level 2, or a commitment to achieving these within an agreed timeframe, is highly desirable. Experience in delivering effective education/training in Further Education (FE), Higher Education (HE), and/or Apprenticeships, along with a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice, is essential. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate digital literacy, effective time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
