Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting resident-centered care and excellence in customer service.
  • Support junior colleagues in their professional development, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Benefits and Salary
  • A competitive hourly rate, starting at £12.52 per hour and rising to £13.27 per hour depending on qualifications.
  • Employer pension contribution of 3%.
  • Uniform provided and DBS check costs paid.
  • 28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays).
