About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Growth Specialist to join our team at Amazon TA.

As an Ecommerce Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic brand partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying EU industry opportunities, providing recommendations to improve overall business performance, and implementing promotional activities to drive new products and increase traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize deep data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to drive new product sales and increase traffic.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify product gaps and onboard new products to improve discoverability.
  • Monitor and improve customer journey on Amazon to drive long-term benefit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Planning, Account Management, Supply Chain, Analysis, Marketing, or Consulting.
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office programs specifically Excel.
