We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team in a national company project focused on administrative support for teams delivering services to schools across the North West London area.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be part of a team responsible for back office and administration support, working in an office in Uxbridge. Your primary duties will include performing administrative tasks, data entry, and ensuring that necessary materials are prepared and distributed to schools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to teams on site
  • Transferring data from physical forms and profiles to a system
  • Preparing and distributing iPads, information packs, and other materials to schools
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

This is a temporary role, with the possibility of extension, and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12 + holiday pay. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with overtime available. We are open to full-time and part-time applicants who can offer flexible hours.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid and live DBS check
  • Ability to travel to Uxbridge and work on-site
  • Availability for a temporary role starting in September
  • Good computer skills and administration experience
