We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and engineering solutions to our nationwide client base.

About the Role
  • Provide civil engineering design expertise to develop industry-specific components for multi-million pound projects across the UK.
  • Manage and lead the civil engineering team, ensuring a strong relationship with other engineering departments and delivery departments.
  • Work closely with clients to implement civil engineering design systems and identify high-potential business opportunities.
  • Bring innovation and best practice to the civil design team.
About You
  • Previous experience in a senior or management role designing civil systems, preferably in the water industry.
  • Proven experience with using different CAD software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Located in or commutable to Midsomer Norton, with a hybrid work arrangement.
