As Project Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation process, ensuring seamless delivery to the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is part of our Retail division, supporting the growth and success of our showrooms and customers in South Wales.

Responsibilities

  • Effective Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and successful project outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining open communication throughout the installation process.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and fitters to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control installation service levels to ensure they meet and exceed company standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Installation Experience: Prior experience in managing installations, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement industry, is highly desirable.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial knowledge with experience working in a customer-facing environment, ideally in retail or home improvement sectors.
  • Technical Competence: Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills to manage administrative tasks and communicate effectively with customers and teams.
  • Full Driving License: A full UK driving license is required, as travel to customer homes is an essential part of the role.

A competitive base salary of £39,000 per annum, plus various benefits including:
