Project Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our established technical team in Cardiff and take on a senior role in delivering projects from stage 3 to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects on behalf of clients, managing a small team, producing and coordinating drawings and documentation, and providing leadership to technicians within the team.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from stage 3 to completion.
  • Ability to lead projects on behalf of clients, including liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Effective management skills, including the ability to manage a small team and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to produce and coordinate drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide leadership to technicians within the team.
  • Ability to input to bid submissions where required.
