About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Burgess Hill store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the till system.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive store atmosphere.
